CLIENT SPACES

Oprah Winfrey

The space design for Oprah was to show her success and fame on top of her tough childhood. The space & building suspended in the air on top of the bridge showing symbolism of 'one above all'. Oprah being a iconic figure in society almost being treated as a goddess towards women the building shows how people look up to her as a being. The space for Oprah is a stage that surrounds and is supported by her fame.

Lady Gaga

I design for Lady Gaga's space was to represent her currently situation being bankrupt. The design of the space together with the bridge shows how Lady Gaga puts her audience before herself thus increasing her fame.

The bridge i designed for the two clients Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga show symbolism of the hardships that they have endured in the currently and previously. I designed the bridge to be jagged and deformed to give emphasis of Oprah's hardships when growing up, ultimately reaching her fame in the end. The bridge also shows Lady Gaga's current situation where she is currently bankrupt.

THE VALLY

Oprah Winfrey - Chicago River

I chose the following image of the chicago river because how it shows the seperation between nature and industrial with the river being the seperation. this will influence which models i will pick and what the bridges will end up looking like for the final submission.

I create a island as a landform for this experiment. the vally is surrounded by various hills and mountains that will give a sense of privacy to the vally. i would like the vally to be separated like the above image having one side having a sense of nature and the other industrial. i havnt thought of how to achieve this yet for the industrial side.

 Electroliquid Aggregation: Is there gravity in the subconscious mind? if so will the weight of it affect my mind?

 LANDFORM

Inspired  how gravity overtime can affect the surrounding environment and landscape. The spike pillars shooting out from the ground represents how when dreaming it causes random spike of brain activity.

THE MEETING AREA

A light texture was applied to Newton's laboratory. Used to highlight that the area would be used frequently. Also used to highlight how to get to the laboratories.

Sigmund Freud

A dark texture was applied to Newton's laboratory. Purposly using a dark texture to show a current state of dreaming within the building.Sigmund Freud's laboratory was desgined simular to the landform.

 Issac Newton's Laboratory

A medium texture was applied to Newton's laboratory. His laboratory defines gravity shown by the horizontal lab area with no support.

I applied two textures to distinguish which the labs apart.

The darker texture would be a lab for Sigmund Freud.

The lighter texture would be for Issac Newton.
